1. Ordering & Sales Tax - How to Place an Order

(1) Ordering Online

Ordering a product from EmmaCreation.com online is quick and easy. After you select an item, you will be guided through checkout and order confirmation.

(2) Ordering Offline

EmmaCreation.com welcomes you to order by mail. Please print the "Mail Order Form", and fill it out correctly and in typewritten.

(3) Payment Method

For ordering online, we accept only Visa and MasterCard credit card. Please note at check out if your credit card payment is a debit card. We will be not able to process any credit card with unverifiable billing address. Also, we can not process international based credit cards. Please make sure that your credit card is issued by American Banks and has domestic billing address.

For ordering offline (by mail), we accept Personal checks, Money orders and Cashier checks only, no credit cards. Please make checks payable to EmmaCreation, LLC. Please do not send Cash nor Postage stamps.
Please note that Personal checks may delay shipping until they are accepted by the bank.

(4) Sales Tax

In accordance with regulations of the State of California, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on order merchandise value for shipment to residents of California. Shipments to destinations other than California are not charged for sales tax.

(5) International Orders

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of the U.S..

(6) Cancellation of Orders

Written notice of cancellation should be sent to us with order number by email, by fax or by mail. Telephone call is not accepted.
Before shipping, you can cancel your order for standard merchandise at any time without any fees. However, once your order is shipped, the following Return Policy must be applied.

On ordering for custom-made merchandise, you must be charged for cancellation fee after ordered to suppliers.

2. Return Policy

EmmaCreation guarantees your complete satisfaction with our every item. However, if you need to exchange or you are not satisfied with it, please return it with an explanation within 30 days from delivered date for an exchange or a refund. We will be pleased to ship you a replacement or refund your money.

(1) 30-day Guarantee

The item returned must be received by us within 30 calendar days from the delivered date of the item. Absolutely, exchanges or refunds after 30 calendar days from the delivered date are not accepted. No exceptions

The clearance sale item which is specified as "non-exchangeable and non-refundable" on its item page is not exchangeable and not refundable because of "final sale"..

(2) For Exchange

Please send the item for exchange to us with your order number, reason for exchange and your another choice. (Please use a copy of "Packing List " and a "Exchange and Refund Form" enclosed in your package). The price of your another choice must be equal to or higher than the item returned. Shipping fee for return must be paid by you. For the item returned to us, please be sure to ship your item by insured and traceable mail service offered by USPS and other carriers. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to insure all items returned to us.

The item returned must be in its original package with all accessories, that is, in new and unused condition. Otherwise, the item returned will be not accepted for exchange.
All Cross-stitch kits and Sashiko kits that have been opened are not exchangeable.

All shipping and handling charges are not exchangeable. We will charge for new shipping and handling fees for exchange orders.

(3) For Refund

Please send the item for refund to us with your order number and reason for refund. (Please use a copy of "Packing List " and a "Exchange and Refund Form" enclosed in your package). Shipping fee for return must be paid by you. For the item returned to us, please be sure to ship your item by insured and traceable mail service offered by USPS and other carriers. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to insure all items returned to us.

The item returned must be in its original package with all accessories, that is, in new and unused condition. Otherwise, the item returned will be not accepted for refund.
All Cross-stitch kits and Sashiko kits that have been opened are not refundable.

All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will charge for a 25% re-stocking fee.
