We currently ship within 50 states of the U.S. only. We are sorry for no international orders.
(1) Shipment Date
Most orders are processed and items are shipped, with only a few exceptions,
within 7 business days after receiving an order (for in-stock items).
(2) Delivery & Shipping Charges
EmmaCreation uses Priority Mail or Parcel Post of United States Postal
Service (USPS). These services usually deliver within 2-9 days from the
date of shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method
chosen, the season, and your distance from us in California. Shipping fees
are calculated automatically based on order value. The shipping fee is
charged per shipping address. Occasionally, we may ship items separately,
but you will not incur an additional shipping charge. The shipping fees
are
(a) $4.00 flat rate for orders of less than $30.00 (before
tax)
(b) $6.00 flat rate for orders of $30.00 or more, and less
than $60.00 (before tax)
(c) $8.00 flat rate for orders of $60.00 or more, and less
than $120.00 (before tax)
(d) $10.00 flat rate for orders of $120.00 or more (before
tax)
However, on our sales promotions, we apply "Free Shipping" to
the orders with a minimum purchase. Please make sure whether Free Shipping
is available or not when you place an order.
(3) Out-of Stock Merchandise
We are always making an effort to keep our stock available properly. However,
It may suddenly happen that some items become out of stock because of more
orders than expected. Since all our items are imported from Japan, it will
usually take 2-3 weeks for us to make an out-of stock item available again.
Please allow us this situation.
In case that an item is out of stock, we will place a notice on the item page as promptly as possible.
When the item you ordered is out-of stock unfortunately, we will inform you of it soon. However, as we are expecting the item to arrive at our warehouse, your account will still be charged prior to shipment in order to process your order and put it on high priority. If your order contains an item that is out off stock, your entire order may be held until the out-of stock item is back in stock.
Sometimes, separated shipping may occur upon your request or at our discretion.
Your in-stock item will be shipped to you soon after our process, and the
out-of stock item will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
However, you will not incur an additional shipping fees.
(4) Signature Requirements
For all orders exceeding $200.00, a signature of receipt may be required
before the package is released. Please ensure that the shipping address
will have an adult to sign for the package when the USPS makes delivery.
Thank you for your understanding. We would like to ensure that you will
receive your items in a timely manner.
If you aren't likely to be home when a package is delivered, you may try
to leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor
or building manager, or to ask USPS with your tracking number when it will be delivered to you.
(5) Tracking Your Shipment
After your items are shipped, you will receive a notification with your
tracking number by email from us within 24-48 hours if your email address
informed to us. You can get the delivery information by accessing www.usps.com (click on "Track & Confirm") or by calling toll-free 1-800-222-1811.
(6) Damage Claim
All shipment will be considered to be in good condition. If the item delivered
is damaged in route to you unfortunately, please let us know its condition
first by email or by fax. (Please use a "Packing list" and a
"Exchange and Refund Form" enclosed in your package). All damage
claims must be made within 2 days from delivered date.
Please send back the item damaged to us. We will credit your prepaid shipping
fee for return, and send you a replacement after receiving your damage
claim.
We will not be responsible for any replacement if the damage is not reported to us in a timely manner.

Notes
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to
us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package
is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure
receipt. Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your
shipping address such as Apartment number or Suite number for business
address delivery.
